Xplore Yoga of Newark, CA“It’s a dream come true. In 2004, I was asked by a friend to try a heated yoga. I was hesitant because I thought yoga was about bending, meditation, and chanting. It did not peak my interest. I enjoyed team sports and weight lifting. However, when she said it was 26 postures and two breathing exercises done in a 104 degree room for 90 minutes, I was up for a good challenge. So, I explored Bikram Yoga. Likewise, Vinyasa and Power yoga took my practice to another level. I will try anything once…twice if it feels good! I would like to share this experience with all my students. So, I encourage you to explore what practicing yoga can do for you. Explore what the human mind and body can achieve. Explore the areas of life you can conquer. I am excited about the opening of Xplore Yoga. There is an old saying, “X, marks the spot.” Come and discover life’s treasures at Xplore Yoga, a cool place for hot yoga. I do see the yoga practice expanding in our tri-city area and hope that Xplore Yoga is a part of that growth.” - Henry Abuda, Owner |
